TC uses the full hg version to index artifacts, but some other services (hg.m.o, treeherder) still show/use the short version by default. Ship-it should either convert a short version to the long one or require the long one.

fwiw, we can get the long rev via a query against hg.m.o with: GET <repo>/json-rev/<rev>
