Kyle, can you get this uplifted to aurora?  We're trying to uplift as many of the service worker changes as possible, including tests.

Note that this patch doesn't add the test to the test manifest, so it's not clear that it's actually getting run.

Oh, it's worse.  This patch adds a file that is not a test but that includes testharness.js.  Which makes the manifest updater think it _is_ a test, and try to add it to the manifest.

Filed bug 1215196 on this test and the other similarly busted ones.
