User can't delete his accounts after submitting an add-on and deleting it

Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new account in addons.mozilla.org
2. Submit a new add-on using that account.
3. Delete that add-on.
4. Open account settings https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/edit scroll down the page and click the "Delete account" link.
Expected results:
The account can be deleted.
Actual results:
The account can't be deleted, the following message id displayed: "You cannot delete your account if you are listed as an author of any add-ons. To delete your account, please have another person in your development group delete you from the list of authors for your add-ons. Afterwards you will be able to delete your account here."
Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF41(Win7) Issue can be reproduced in amo production, stage and -dev.
