Encountered the same issue on master 0e03028ac while scrolling on news.google.com homepage on iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 10.0.3).

This issue is reproducible only on iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 7 Plus. The cause might occur due to the fact that these devices have a more dynamic scroll on this particular page.
