I keep seeing this bug in almost all releases in the last few months.

After working perfectly well for some time for no apparent reason I can
no longer see a message body for all emails from my IMAP server.
I do not know what triggers this bug.
I do not use SSL.
The only way to get the messages is to mark it in Offline & Disk access so that
all the message will be downloaded.
In a previous releases I was able to fix it by removing all email settings - no
I have to delete evrything in the profile.

I can send you the profile - but I assure you that it's perfectly normal.
