STR:
1.) Launch Firefox (43.0a2) and open the URL: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/manifesto/
2.) Hover over some of the manifesto tiles as you scroll down the page.
Expected results:
When you hover over a manifesto tile, the others should fade out smoothly
Actual results:
The tiles only partially render and have a lot of random artifacts when redrawn.

Looks like the bug does not occur in Nightly, but does in 43.0a2
