Details

Items added to the Reading List while in Private Mode display when in non-private mode.

We should have a separate list for items created in Private Mode.

We discussed in triage that this is an expectation mismatch. Probably the easiest solution is to add "and reading list items" to the explanatory text in the empty PB tabs tray.
