I just stumbled onto this but it's not new - I checked back as far as version 21! Visit the URL and go to the credit card area near the bottom. You cannot paste into the credit card number field or some of the other fields. You can paste into the fields above. Also note that the right click menu does not appear, but does in the fields above.
chrome and IE both allow paste into these fields.
This seems to be the limits of the site, Chrome and IE showing the same behavior.
Can you recheck this behaviors for other browsers.
