Steps to reproduce:

Installed 41.0.1.


Actual results:

41.0.1 would not open. 


Expected results:

41.0.1 should have opened. Uninstalled 40.0.1 and reinstalled prior version 39.0 that opened.

Due to the fact that the reporter did not returned with a response until now and the fact that I could not reproduce this issue on my XP PC environment, we will consider this issue as RESOLVED - WORKSFORME.
