I'm unable to save any changes I make to an article via the Admin dashboard unless I add a Related Article. Not all articles will need related articles, so I'd like to make this field optional.
STR:
1. Log into the Admin dashboard and visit this link: https://support.mozilla.org/admin/wiki/document/21762/?_changelist_filters=q%3Dpopular%2Btopics
2. Make any change (in this case, I unchecked "Is obsolete".
3. Click "Save"
Actual result: You'll get an error message under the "Related Articles" field saying that field is required. (see screenshot)
Expected result: The article will save without a related article.

This is a pretty easy change. It is in PR https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/2668
