User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0
Build ID: 20150929144111

Steps to reproduce:

1. Drag the browser window so the bottom is just touching the bottom of the screen
2. Reesize the browser using the top of the window until it hits the menu bar so that now the browser is the full height of the screen
3. Click on the desktop (or any other app) to force the browser window to go into the background
4. Click back on the browser window

Actual results:

The browser window is shrunk by about 10 pixels or so even though it was exactly the height of the screen

Expected results:

It should not have been resized
