Steps to reproduce:

1. Placed the Download Arrow Tool Button in the Toolbar next to the URL Tool 
 (SEE SCREENSHOT)
2. Downloaded a File



Actual results:

Upon completion of download, I noticed that the toolbar background was not   repainting / invaliating / updating, causing the blue arrow from the transition to become stuck there

No other applications were running, and only a single page was open in the browser.

It looked like a possible result from the changes made in this version to speed up hangs with flash player -- but I'm not sure about that..


Expected results:

The blue transition arrow should have completely disappeared after the transition effect.

¡Hola Mike!

Confirming as I've seen this exact thing happen on Nightly randomly but have been to slow with the screen capture tool to capture it.
