STR:
1. Enable the screen reader.
2. Go to Settings > Languages and tap on the language choice input.
3. Move inside the list.

Expected:
* Because the languages names are in each language translations, I'd expect to hear them properly.

Actual:
* The languages are read in the current language set. For example, when set in French, "english" is read as if the word was in french, which makes the world not understandable.

Maybe we need to labelize each option with the appropriate "lang" attribute. I don't know if our screen reader can understand this though.
Especially, all text that is not readable in the current locale (like when using a different script) is just skipped.

Marking this arbitrarily as P3. It would definately be nice if the screen reader respected the lang attribute, but this is not a blocker for any specific release.
