User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build ID: 20150929144111 Steps to reproduce: Click on an image file in the file chooser when uploading a picture to a website Actual results: No preview image is shown Expected results: Preview image should have appeared, as it did in previous versions of Firefox. I have confirmed that this is still the case when opening Firefox with a completely new profile, so cannot be connected with anything in my old profile. This has only been a problem since updating Firefox to 41.0.1 today - previous version was 40 (minor numbers uncertain).
I can reproduce this bug so I will pass it up to a developer.

(In reply to Josh Matthews [:jdm] from comment #2) > Are you using a GTK desktop environment? Hi Josh, No, I'm using KDE4, which uses Qt. Any more information or diagnostics I can help with, feel free to ask.

In bug 1282866, I have removed the QT code from the Firefox tree with the approval of the active peer. That code is not currently maintained by any team. I have looked through the bugs in the Widget: Qt bugzilla component and I believe all of these are no longer relevant because the Qt code has been removed. If you believe that this bug is still valid, please move it to another more appropriate bugzilla component as you reopen it.
