Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Nightly 44.0a1 (Build 20151003030225)
2. Change windows size to 900x700
3. Open about:preferences
4. Select a category to bottom from top in order

Please refer to attached movie.


Actual results:

When select "Sync" category, big black rectangle is displayed at header.


Expected results:

Black rectangle should not be displayed.

Hm. This looks like one of OMTC issues happening all around. Can you please test if it's reproducible when you disable OMTC / HWA?
A) Disable layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled in about:config, restart the browser, test it again
B) Disable hardware acceleration in Preferences -> Advanced -> General, restart the browser, test again
