mozreview extension should use standard bugzilla templates to generate the mozreview table. currently it's created "manually" in js, which makes it hard to maintain and doesn't allow it to use bugzilla templates (such as user and bug linkification). after fetching the data client-side from mozreview, it should call back to bugzilla with the data to obtain a fully rendered table.
We are not using mozreview anymore, closing all remaining bugs.
