I think we could do this fairly easily by sending a message or signaling an event that would trigger the appropriate code in PluginModuleParent to initiate the multiprocess dump collection. Perhaps we can leave it prefed off, and then if somebody has trouble and we need to run it, they can pref it on, repro the hang, and then use an external utility to trigger it. Comments/suggestions welcome.
