Steps to reproduce:

After upgrading from 38.2 to 38.3 and restarting Thunderbird.

Windows 7 or XP.

Multiple PC, multiple users.


Actual results:

Can't navigate into my inbox or folders. 

The mailbox seems to work fine, because the left pannel still show the accurate number of message and unread message.
But the central pannel is blocked and shows only the homepage.

Can't navigate to options or to extensions.
Remove and add program doesn't fix the problem
More and more users endure that bug
