STR: (Win7_64, Nightly 44, 32bit, ID 20151005030206, new profile, safe mode) 1. Open the following "data:" url or click URL in the form above > data:text/html,<style>body{height:10000px;} 2. Make sure that scrollbar on that page is placed near the upper scrollbutton 3. Click on the slider near the lower scrollbutton and keep moving mouse up and down Result: scrollbar moves down only 1 time, and it moves further only when you stop moving the mouse Expectations: This is not consistent with any other Windows application's behavior. Scrollbar should move down if mouse is pressed and is placed over the slider. Basically, I don't *always move mouse* when want to scroll a page, but sometimes it happens accidentally and causes delays in scrolling.
