Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/45.0.2454.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I would like to debug the DOM of an extension popup window. When right-clicking the window, however, I don't see the possibility to inspect the DOM. I don't see that possibility anywhere else either.
Are you able to use the Browser Toolbox[1] for this? It can target specific documents[2]. [1]: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Toolbox [2]: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Toolbox#Targeting_a_document

Thanks Ryan for the suggestion. I've tried it all out and couldn't get it to work. Whatever I click from the Browser Toolbox will immediately close the extension popup, so I can never inspect it. I searched a further around the bug tracker and found https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=950936 closely related. So closely in fact that I think we can call it a duplicate.
