Clicked the link after "File bugs using this link:":
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Community%20Tools&component=Phonebook


Actual results:

Briefly saw a page to enter a bug for the "Community tools" product, which does not seem to exist.
Got forwarded to the general bugs page: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided


Expected results:

Should have ended up at the right place in bugzilla to file a bug report on the Mozillians development environment.

The component was moved to Participation Infrastructure and it's unfortunate the link doesn't redirect correctly. The task has been updated with a better link: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Participation%20Infrastructure
