Details

Deploys announce when they start but take about 30 minutes to finish. Often we switch context while we are waiting. Can we get a notification in IRC when prod changes? We can fire a curl at leeroybot and have him notify the channel, or we can have leeroybot poll the deployed sha and ping channel when it changes. There may be easier integrations, too.
We've set this up in our new world.
