Expected results:

Element should be displayed properly while scrolling.
OS: Unspecified → Windows 10
Another example:
http://korwin-mikke.pl/
Go to "Videoblog". YouTube film is riding on page while scrolling.
Disable APZ does not fix.
Disable e10s fixes the problem for me.

@ Alice, when I disable e10s, the element is not displayed at all. There is only grey area. What about bug at korwin-mikke.pl? Nothing has changed when I disabled e10s.

Sorry, I only posted comment, but other changes have been done.
No gray on both sites when disabled e10s.
The plugin scroll delay fixes on both sites when disabled e10s.
And I can confirm the regression range is Comment#4.

du@o2.pl, are you testing with newly created profile and/or newly created profile with disabled e10s?

You should not use "New Non-e10s Window" in menu, because plugin is disabled automatically in this case.

I've just created new profile and this element is displayed like this when I disabled e10s.

to_du@o2.pl

I can confirm that it a windows10 specific problem.
Please file a new bug.

should be fixed in today's nightly. We hide plugin windows now instead of trying to move them with content.

I write it here and in bug 1137944 - my Nightly doesn't see any updates since 7th October. Bug still persists on www.uz.zgora.pl
@ Jim, did you mean to hide elements while scrolling? After today update element is visible and hidden (but not smoothly) while scrolling. I don't think that this is good way to fix this bug. Every scroll makes element hidden and it doesn't look good.

yes this is the way it is supposed to work. Bug 1212813 exists to consider alternatives.
