1212589 - restyle notification UI so that Fx icon is smaller and webdev icon is on the left

As a user, I view web notification as a relationship between me and the website, thus the website defined icon should be the largest and Firefox is a secondary brand, should be smaller so that I can understand the primary origin of the notification.

My understanding is that we get this for free when we show favicons for OS X so I was thinking we would get this behaviour then.

:mattn - if we change this for notification UI, will this change for the download Fx update also?  Also how hard would it be to put in the Fx logo as a small secondary till we get the favicon which is still up for debate/planning.

realized this is mac only - windows XUL icon doesn't display the Firefox logo

Yes, this looks like a good way to display favicons on Mac once we have them.
