Steps to reproduce:

I tried posting a reply on Polycount.com. In both the quick reply form and the advanced form i get the following error below.

Actual results:

"1. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 1 characters."

I lose all my text that i typed out and the form is blank even if i hit the back button.

Does not happen in IE, fyi.

Expected results:

Can you provide a link to the page in question? It sounds like the JS on it is doing some sort of validation and that's going wrong, but it's hard to say anything else here without seeingthe actual script involved.

Heres a link to a post. It happens with any posting form it seems, like the form for editing your signiture. Editing my previous posts doesn't work either.

OK, so what are the actual steps to reproduce once I load that URL? Do I need to be logged in to the forum to see the issue?

Yes you have to set up an account to post or see the post form.

OK, I just set up a new account, loaded your link from comment 2, typed "I'm sorry, but this is a test" in the "Quick Reply" form, and clicked "Post Quick Reply". I got a messge that says "Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting." I don't expect the moderator to let it through, of course. ;)

This is both in a current nightly and in Firefox 41. So either I'm not seeing the problem or there's more to reproducing it...
