[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch a Browser or Settings app on the homescreen.
2. Long press home button and  kill the process, then back to the homescreen.
3. Observe that area at the top right corner.

3. Icons in status bar should display normally.

3. Icons in status bar will become grey.

Bug 1212045 has already been fixed, so this bug no longer exists.
