Attempting SSH reboot...Failed. Attempting IPMI reboot...Failed. Filed IT bug for reboot (bug 1212896)
Nothing to actually be done here, it was unrebootable because it was being treated as though it was disabled and the whole pool wasn't actually in production. Now it is disabled.
Also checked the slave and managed to connect to it without issues.
