The run-marionette-tests step of our mozharness scripts sometimes hits an output-timeout. We have been observing this for many months. This usually happens on Windows (but sometimes on Mac) and it usually happens after the "SUITE-END" log message produced by Marionette runner if there has been a test failure (but sometimes it happens after all tests pass). It's very hard to reproduce outside of Jenkins automation, but I believe Syd has seen in outside of Jenkins a handle of times.

There's also a similar hang at the beginning of the test suite that is specific to e10s on Windows in Jenkins: Bug 1195540.

Also, in the case of the post-"SUITE-END" hang, the Firefox process being tested is closed by that point.
