Tabs background glitch with themes
Developer Edition only. When using a lightweight theme/persona, the top border of the navigation bar is shown behind the selected tab, when it's background should be continuous with the tab's. I remember seeing this in Nightly for a very brief window some time ago, but not anymore. I'm trying to find a regression range.

Regression window tracked it to bug 1166301. Almost sure this is the same as bug 1205630. Will reopen if that doesn't fix this.
