I was experiencing internet connection issues earlier today. I had the vpn client drop several times. It seems my account is now locked, and I am unable to authenticate. I am currently unable to do any work.
This still seems to be the case. Also I was poking around and https://login.mozilla.com/duo/ has this message: "Your account has been locked out due to excessive authentication failures. Please contact your administrator."
The account was locked in Duo. I've unlocked it.
