Open link : http://static0.ilna.ir/throw/5TwJTzUhTgGW.webm
Or use attachment file to play standard webm codec encoded by ffmpeg.

Stream #0:0: Video: vp8, yuv420p, 1050x576, SAR 1:1 DAR 175:96, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 1k tbn, 1k tbc (default)
 Stream #0:1: Audio: vorbis, 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp (default)


Actual results:

Video doesn't play until click the seek to skip first seconds and then play. This video will play success on Chrome and VLC (Network Stream).

I can reproduce the improper behavior on Firefox 41.0a2 dev edition on Ubuntu 14.04.
I can reproduce the described behavior on latest Firefox Nightly x64 in Windows 10.
The file is invalid.
