This video will play success on Chrome and VLC (Network Stream). Expected results: Play :D

I can reproduce the improper behavior on Firefox 41.0a2 dev edition on Ubuntu 14.04.
I can reproduce the described behavior on latest Firefox Nightly x64 in Windows 10.
