Tracking-? because we seem to have trouble with our thumbnails not appearing when expected.

Sounds like this page loads as blank, then XHR in the content. If that's the case, then this is kinda working as expected. Not tracking.

This is unlikely to have anything to do with accounts.firefox.com, although there /could/ be an interaction with WebChannels (but I really doubt it).

It's more likely that this is because fxa-content-server does a staged load, where localized content is XHRed into the page after the first paint.  That'll show a blank thumbnail if we capture before the XHR completes, which is likely.
