STR: 0. use dark devedition theme 1. open about:addons in one tab 2. open https://www.google.com/ (non-EV secure page) in another tab 3. open https://www.mozilla.org/ (EV secure page) in another tab 4. open http://www.xkcd.com/ (plain HTTP insecure page) in another tab 5. switch through tabs ER: location bar height remains constant AR: location bar height (and height of attached enabled back/fwd buttons) varies.

I can't repro, even w/ compact density. (Used example.com for http).
