In the new QL world, we don't need: {{ CSSMozExtensionRef() }}

It still creates a breadcrumb chain.

Replacing it by {{CSSRef}} will generate a nice sidebar with quick links. Then we can kill it.
The 229 pages that were using it have been replaced. The macro is dead. Use {{CSSRef}} only from now on.
