Description:
When opening some of the apps (such as Settings or Messages) the rocketbar will appear black before loading in correctly.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151012110414
2) From Homescreen select Settings OR Messages.

Actual:
Rocket bar is blacked out when first entering an app before successfully loading.

Expected:
It is expected the rocketbar will be fully loaded in with the corresponding app color when entering the app.

This issue DOES occur on the Flame 2.5 and 2.2.
Result: Rocketbar is blacked before app is completely loaded.
