We've been giving out https://github.com/michielbdejong/gaia/tree/1200539-sync-app-integration-tests/apps/sync/#trying-out-the-sync-app as instructions on how to build the sync app. I would like to move that file to https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/tree/master/apps/sync/doc
