Steps to reproduce:

I am on Firefox 41.0.1 on Xubuntu, and set a cookie for my server at http://localhost:8000/index.html, http://myAlternateHostnameFromEtcHosts:8000/index.html, and also locally at file:///directory/index.html via JavaScript. 


Actual results:

None of these cookies show up in storage inspector under developer tools. The cookie nevertheless persists and can be read back from JavaScript for display after a page reload.


Expected results:

I expected these cookies to show up in the storage inspector.

I on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit machine and the storage inspector works for me.
Do you have a public site to reproduce this issue ?  Are you still able to reproduce in the latest version? Thanks
