Details
Tried on two different computers, but still unable to SSH into a Worker. The Telemetry Self-Serve dashboard says the Worker is running.

Looks like the Ubuntu version used by workers (14.10) reached it's end of life. That recently started causing errors when trying to install packages during the instance bootstrap process.
I changed the image to use 15.04 and was able to launch a reachable worker.
