I'm not really sure what we're supposed to do here, but our current behavior is not great.

STR:
1. Run the attached Python script.
2. Visit http://localhost:8000/
3. Wait a minute or two.

Result:
Eventually the spinner stops spinning and it's as if you never tried to visit anything. This seems to happen in both e10s and non-e10s for me. I'm on Linux.

I tried the same thing in Chrome and it seems to spin forever (or at least for a long time).
