1214256 - Add tp5n files to .gitignore and .hgignore

The tp5n set is supposed to be decompressed at testing/talos/talos/page_load_test/tp5n in order to run tests like tps locally.

After doing stuff, all of that stuff (and there's a lot of it), fills up git status / hg status. It'd be good if we could just ignore the tp5n stuff.

FTR, I'm not a fan of relying on adding things to the source directory. I'd prefer we could build on read-only source directories. But we don't have any better ways around this now. So I'm willing to tolerate this.
