Details
We're currently using Jinja 2.5.5 from 2010. We should upgrade to Jinja 2.8 which was released in summer of 2015.
http://jinja.pocoo.org/docs/dev/changelog/
There are a couple of things in there that would be helpful:
* urlencode filter (2.7)
* block set tag (2.8)
Plus it's likely there are a myriad of fixes, speedups, etc. The changelog seems to mostly talk about new features and API changes.

The Input service has been decommissioned (see bug 1315316) and has been replaced by a redirect to an external vendor (SurveyGizmo). I'm bulk WONTFIXing Input bugs that do not appear to be relevant anymore.
