User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build ID: 20150929144111 Steps to reproduce: Nothing - program initiates check for email and downloads it. Actual results: For last 2 weeks, getting this error on random messages: "There was an error downloading the following message: From: "Tech & Learning" <newsletter@techlearning.com> Subject: Today's T&L News: Retweet Tuesday This message may contain a virus or there is not enough disk space. Skip this message?" There is no problem with space, and the program will eventually download the email. I have tried numerous "fixes" and nothing works. Very annoying. It stops the download process until I click the error window. A second error message then appears: "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox." Expected results: Mail should be downloaded without stopping for no apparent reason.

Summary: Error Downloading Email → Error ""There was an error downloading ... This message may contain a virus or there is not enough disk space. Skip this message?" then "Unable to write the email to the mailbox..."
Problem was 2 months ago. It apparently went away with updates to the program, or to Windows. WHo knows? Anyway, at this point there is not longer a problem. Close the bug report.

FWIW, this has been happening frequently to users of Avast
