Steps to reproduce:
Have a certificate in store, missing O und OU, probably. View Screenshot, for sample certificate.
Actual results:
The "certificate view" cannot be displayed, nor "export" works.
Expected results:
Dialog with certificate view should open.
not sure about the NSS version, both TB 38.2.0 and FF 38.2.1 affected, at least

The certificate manager has long been updated.
