Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/ru/#"
2. Press menu button near your users name in the upper right side of the screen
Actual results:
There is no translation for menu item "Settings"
Expected results:
Button name is "Настройки" instead of "Settings"
Severity: normal → minor
OS: Unspecified → Windows 10

It's not translated in French or German either. Looks like it's not exposed for l10n.
