- Ran into this on Windows 10 x86, using Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-10-13)
- I was able to reproduce it, while printing a pdf file using Foxit Reader PDF Printer. 
- This is one of the PDF documents that I tried to print: http://www.iso.org/iso/annual_report_2009.pdf
- The crash reports increased significant in Firefox 44.01 and is reproducible only on Windows platforms.

This appears to be with foxit, not pdf.js the pdf viewer in firefox.

I can reproduce this crash on Windows 8.1 x86, using latest Aurora 50.0a2 (2016-09-02) and running this steps: 
1. Launch Firefox
2. Open a random .pdf file (e.g. http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf) using pdf.js
3. Click the "Print" button (from pdf.js reader)

Firefox hangs for a few seconds then crashes.

I encountered a similar situation (Firefox doesn't crash, but it hangs for minutes and sometimes the OS becomes totally unresponsive) on Windows 8.1 x64 (I used an HP ProBook 470 G3), on the same Fx build.

A strange coincidence is that on both stations was once enabled Windows Family Safety service (Child Mode). I will further investigate this as soon as possible.
