[1.Description]:
After user takes photo or screenshort, the latest picture can not be displayed immediately because gallery does not refresh its DB until user restarts it.

[2.Testing Steps]:
1. Launch Gallery App.
2. Take a screenshort.
3. Check the thumbnails of gallery.
[3.Expected Result]:
3.Screenshot is taken and is populated in gallery.
[4.Actual Result]:
3.Screenshot isn't displayed immediately.

Android version: 4.4.4(Build Number 23.0.A.2.93)
B2GDroid version:0.11

Always Recurrence,5/5

This function works normally on latest build of flame v2.5 & aries v2.5
