I had hoped to be able to specify Try for any device so that we could test differences between the individual devices however it has turned into a good way to DOS Autophone. Yesterday 3 separate try jobs were submitted in a row which ended up consuming all of the devices for a number of hours. Now we are faced with a fairly large backlog to work through. We need to pick devices which have low volume but provide sufficient device type coverage and restrict try to them.

low volume is any device which does not test mozilla-inbound or fx-team.
