We should serve private artifacts through cloudfront for people outside EC2, where s3-copy-proxy doesn't work. There is a bit of research into cloudfront signed url... but afaik CF supports signed urls, such that you can't get the artifacts without a signed url. Unless, we get complains I figure this is low priority, we don't have many private artifacts.
