STR: (Win7_64, Nightly 44, 32bit, ID 20151012030612, new profile, both HWA on & off)
[the easiest way to reproduce, but not the only one]
1. Open attached testcase 1, scroll the page to the bottom
2. Open devtools -> Inspector, dock it to the right side of window
3. Scroll markup-view to the bottom, click "Show all 433 nodes", scroll markup-view to the bottom.
4. Press F11 to switch to fullscreen mode

Result: [watch video] Text on the page and in devtools - twitches during CSS transition
(not only fullscreen transition, because I encounter this everywhere)

Expectations: Text should not twitch.

Nope, it's not. I don't see any issues with testcase in that bug. Also, this bug (1214832) implies vertical animation that causes text twitching. I don't see any of those in bug 787647.
Have you watched the attached screencast?
