Details
Yousef and I can't get anything done right now. We can create EC2 instances, but that's about it. This is the policy that we need to get things done: https://gist.github.com/TannerFilip/ecdfc9fafad9dd6987e3 IAM is not optional. So many services rely on it, without access to it we'll still have to wait on somebody who does have access to make any changes we need.

We were wondering if it makes the most sense to have a separate AWS account for community hosting, which would allow us to have full access to the sites we need to, without impacting your security.
